How will my order be packaged?
All of our packaging is plastic free and either biodegradable or recyclable.
We reuse packaging wherever we can, so where possible we will give shipping boxes a second life before they're sent to a recycling centre. This does mean that from time to time the outer box may not look shiny and new but don't worry, we'll make sure that it is strong enough to keep your goodies safe.
We often use wood wool or shredded cardboard to protect the contents of your parcels and prevent anything from moving around. Both materials also make excellent natural play resources, so we hope that you keep a hold of these and incorporate them into your play.
When will I receive my order?
Please allow 1-2 weeks processing time for all handmade to order products, all other products will be processed within 2-3 days. If your order contains both handmade to order and other products, it will all be sent together once the handmade to order product is ready. If you would like your order split into two deliveries, please email us before placing your order and you will be invoiced for additional shipping costs. If you need your order quickly or are ordering for a special occasion, please email us before placing the order to ensure that we can meet your deadline.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, for most countries, a shipping rate is automatically applied at the checkout, and the rate will vary depending on which country the order is being shipped to. If a notification shows at the checkout to say that we do not ship to your country, please email email@example.com with your location and your order list, so that we can calculate a shipping rate for you. Read more about shipping rates here.

What is Yay-dough?
Yay-dough is our very own handmade sensory play dough, which comes in a variety of colours. Yay-dough might look delicious but it is not suitable for human consumption and should not be given to children under the age of 3. Yay-dough is made from white WHEAT flour, salt, cream of tartar, vegetable oil, glycerin and food colouring. Although nuts and sesame are not ingredients in our products, Yay-dough is produced in an environment where they might be present.
How do I store Yay-dough?
Yay-dough should be stored in the aluminium tin that is provided. If kept in a cool place and out of direct sunlight then it can last between 3-6 months, however we recommend using your dough within the first month of receiving it and playing with it regularly to keep it at it's best. Salt crystals may form on the top of the Yay-dough but that is completely normal, simply give the dough a knead and they will go. If your Yay-dough starts to dry out, add a drop of oil and knead to restore it.
Do your sensory play products cause staining?
Rad-rice, Sensory Pulses and Petals & Peas are coloured using washable, non-toxic paint and food colouring. When these are dry, they will not usually transfer any colour during normal handling, however if they come in to contact with water then there is a chance that the colour could transfer. This is why our sensory play products should not come in to contact with water.
How do I store my sensory play products?
Petals & peas, Rad-rice and Sensory Pulses should be stored in the airtight, biodegradable pouch that is provided. To get the most out of your sensory play products, avoid contact with water.
